The cost of books and supplies varies with the programs and courses that students select. Books and other school supplies are sold in the College bookstores located at the Winter Haven and Lakeland campuses. Polk State College contracts with Barnes and Noble to provide bookstore services. Barnes and Noble accepts most major credit cards and debit cards.

Note: Cost of books for dual enrolled students may be covered by the Polk County School board. For more information, please see the dual enrollment addendum with the Polk County School board. Private schools are responsible for the cost of books for their students and home school dual-enrolled students are responsible for the cost of their own books and supplies. This information is outlined in the Dual Enrollment agreement and addendum pertinent to them on the dual enrollment website.
