This course provides a study of the aeronautical skills and abilities required for the addition of a Multiengine Airplane rating to a Private Pilot Certificate. The curriculum includes instrument flying regulations, safety, operations, navigation systems, chart use, weather conditions, flight planning, aeronautical decision-making, and resource management. The student must complete the appropriate flight lessons and pass the Federal Aviation Administration’s Private Pilot Multiengine Additional Rating Practical Exam to satisfactorily complete the course. Flight training fees are paid directly to the College in advance.
