AVM 1022 - Flight Operations
3 hours Lecture, 3 credit
Lower-Division College Credit
This course investigates the occupational duties, responsibilities, and physical faculties required by the positions of pilot, co-pilot, flight engineer, dispatcher, and flight attendant presented in the Code of Federal Regulations Title 14 (14 CFR), Part 121: Airline Carrier Certification and 14 CFR Part 135 regarding air charter operations. Further, operational considerations of the work environment are discussed using case studies and industry best practices.
