This course focuses on the configuration of Microsoft’s desktop operating system including installation and upgrading, post-installation system settings, security features, and network connectivity. Additionally, the curriculum discusses applications included with the Windows Operating System, as well as system optimization and troubleshooting techniques for mobile computing. The course content prepares the student for the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) exam.
