MAN 4301 - Human Resource Management 3 hours Lecture, 3 credits Upper-Division College Credit Prerequisite(s): MAN 3303 AA Elective: No This course is a study of all aspects of human resource management including recruitment, selection, retention, turnover, benefits and compensation, performance, training and development, policies, and procedures. The curriculum provides a study of employment law, labor relations, and employee relations. Discussion includes the importance of strategies for future planning, networking, and partnering through professional certifications.
