MSL 2101 - Leadership and Decision Making 3 hours Lecture, 3 credits Lower-Division College Credit Corequisite(s): MSL 2101L AA Elective: Yes In this academically challenging course, cadets study, practice, and apply the fundamentals of Army Leadership, Officership, Army Values and Ethics, Personal Development, and small-unit tactics at the platoon level. Cadets are required to demonstrate writing skills and present information briefings in preparation of, and as development for, becoming successful officers in the future. This course includes reading assignments, homework assignments, small-group assignments, briefings, case studies, practical exercises, a midterm exam, and a final exam.
