MAN 4401 - Management of Labor Relations

Prerequisite(s): MAN 3240 and MAN 4301

This course explores techniques necessary to manage labor relations within an organization. The student explores current issues and trends in labor relations and develops skills to ensure effective, productive outcomes between employees and management.
