EMS 1159 - Emergency Medical Technology

This course prepares the student for initial employment as an EMT. Instruction includes current information and techniques, as well as the development of professional attitudes practiced by an EMT when providing out-of-hospital emergency medical care. This is an intensive course that requires careful planning of school, work, and home schedules to accomplish.
