This program is designed to prepare students for employment in business occupations in middle management with emphasis on specializations in business administration, insurance, and marketing. This program provides a broad study of business administration principles with a focus on those skills required to find employment in the chosen specialty.
Students who score below the required levels on state-mandated placement tests in writing, reading, and mathematics must enroll in and complete the appropriate developmental education courses before they enroll in some required program courses.
General Education Requirements (17 Credits Required)
Note: Students who are interested in earning a bachelor’s degree in the future are encouraged to earn 18 credits in General Education by selecting either a four-credit science class and HLP 1081, or a three-credit science class and HSC 1101.
