LIT 2090 - Contemporary Literature 3 hours Lecture, 3 credit(s) Lower-Division College Credit Prerequisite(s): ENC 1102 This course is a study of the literary movements of social significance since the 1960s. Students read and discuss modern literary works (novels, short stories, essays, etc.) and relate them to such themes as clashes of culture and counter-culture, gender issues, and multi-ethnic awareness. (This course is offered periodically as student interest suggests a need.)
