ECO 2023 - Principles of Microeconomics 3 hours Lecture, 3 credits Lower-Division College Credit Prerequisites: Placement at the college level or completion of required college preparatory courses AA Elective: Yes This course provides an introduction to the economic behavior of households and firms. The course examines the role of government, as well as current economic problems and theories. Topics include consumer behavior, supply, demand, production, and cost, as well as competitive and monopolistic product markets, and factor markets.
