EMS 2010 - Body Systems for the Paramedic 3 hours Lecture, 3 credit(s) Lower-Division College Credit This course presents basic information on the structure and function of the human body. The course emphasizes the general concepts of anatomy and physiology applied for the assessment and management of emergency patients by the paramedic in the pre- hospital field area. The nervous, cardiovascular, and respiratory systems are covered.
