This course includes networking, network terminology and protocols, network standards, Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) reference models, cabling tools, routers, router programming, LAN/WAN topologies, Internet Protocol (IP) addressing and network standards. Students install, configure, and operate simple-routed LANs, routed WANs, and switched LANs.
