SLS 1261 - General Leadership

This course provides a study of the dynamics of leadership within groups and organizations, with an emphasis on the development of leadership skills and personal growth. Some of the topics included are an analysis of leadership qualities and styles, group problem solving, and personal and group goal setting, as well as formal organizational procedures.
