PEM 1116 - Exercise Fitness 2 hours Lab, 1 credit Lower-Division College Credit AA Elective: Yes This course provides instruction in exercises designed to improve the following components of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. Instruction in the safe and appropriate use of warm-up and cool-down activities, and the incorporation of exercise to release stress is included. This course may not be repeated for credit or used to meet the General Education Health and Wellness requirement.
