This course addresses issues such as ethics, contracts, torts, and the Uniform Commercial Code (U.C.C.), as well as the legal, political, and economic aspects of antitrust law, employment law, administrative law, securities law, and international business law. Students are asked to apply legal and ethical reasoning to real-world situations.
