NUR 4827 - Authentic Leadership in Nursing Care Delivery 3 hours Lecture, 3 credits Upper-Division College Credit Prerequisite(s): NUR 4880 Prerequisite(s) or Corequisite(s): NUR 3825 AA Elective: No Using a holistic approach to leading, managing, and following, this course guides students through four dimensions of self-understanding and reflective capacity, informed decision-making in routine and ambiguous situations, group dynamics in managing agreement and conflict, and in aligning organizational mission and aims with actual practices. Principles of human resource management in providing feedback and legal and accreditation regulations are examined.
