Using a holistic approach to leading, managing, and following, this course guides students through four dimensions of self-understanding and reflective capacity, informed decision-making in routine and ambiguous situations, group dynamics in managing agreement and conflict, and in aligning organizational mission and aims with actual practices. Principles of human resource management in providing feedback and legal and accreditation regulations are examined.
