OTH 2840 - Level II Fieldwork: Physical Dysfunction

This course provides the entry-level clinical skills necessary to work with patients with medical and physical deficits. The student is assigned to a clinical site under the direct supervision of a registered occupational therapist (OTR) or certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA). The student practices skills related to evaluations, treatment planning, interventions, and effective communication, and collaboratively interacts with patients and staff.
