CTS 1160C - Modern Desktop Administrator

Through this course, the student develops the skills to support and configure Windows 10 desktops in an organizational environment, including how to install, customize, and update the Windows 10 operating system. The student explores processes to manage storage, files, and devices, as well as configure network connectivity for Windows 10. The curriculum covers techniques used to secure the operating system, protect data on the device, and manage and troubleshoot within the system.
