This course surveys different organizational structures and examines the context of the individual structure within a dynamic environment. The curriculum focuses on organizational theory and structure, as well as the organizational environment, decision making, reaction to change, and culture. Through this course, the student develops the conceptual framework and practical skills necessary to design, implement, and evaluate effective organizational changes.
