This course provides an overview of the various populations within a correctional environment and includes legal considerations for providing care and custody for inmates under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA). Objectives include those established by the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission.
