MSL 3201 - Training Management And The Warfighting Functions 3 hours Lecture, 3 credits Corequisite(s): MSL 3201L AA Elective: No This course challenges students to study, practice, and apply the fundamentals of army leadership, officership, values, and ethics, while incorporating personal development and small-unit tactics (i.e., at the platoon level). The student receives systematic and specific feedback regarding leadership attributes, values, and cor-leader competencies from the instructor, other reserve officers’ trainings corps (ROTC) members, and military science and leadership (MSL) IV cadeets using the cadet officer evaluation system (OES). Note: This course is taken in conjunction with MSL 3201L.
