MSL 3202 - Applied Leadership in Small Unit Operations

This academically challenging course enables the participant to study, practice, and apply the fundamentals of army leadership, officership, values, and ethics, while incorporating personal development and small-unit tactics (i.e., At the platoon level). At the conclusion of the course, the individual is capable of planning, coordinating, navigating, motivating, and leading a squad and platoon in the execution of a mission during a classroom physical education (pe) session, a leadership lab, or during a leader training exercise (ltx). The course integrates the principles and practices of effective leadership, military operations, and personal development to adequately prepare the participant for the summer cadet leader course (clc). Note: this course is taken in conjunction with MSL 3202L.
