CJL 3010 - Legal Aspects of Criminal Justice 3 hours Lecture, 3 credits Upper-Division College Credit AA Elective: No This course examines the legal dimensions of various law enforcement decision-making stages including stopping and frisking the individual, the arrest, search and seizure of property, wiretapping, and interrogation.
