This course covers technological issues associated with setting up, maintaining, and administrating an electronic-commerce website. Students implement a model transaction-enabled business-to-consumer website. Strategies and products available for building electronic-commerce sites are explored. Management issues and complementary options for existing business infrastructures are studied. Students implement technology in electronic transactions through hands-on experiences.
