This course is an introduction to the accepted principles and practices of leadership. The curriculum explores the cultural, organizational, and personal behavioral aspects that contribute to effective leadership. Emphasis is placed on analyzing the differences between transactional and transformational leadership. The function of personal values and characteristics in a leadership context is also explored.
