Program: 68085
The Rooms-Division Management Certificate prepares the participant for employment in hotel or resort management, including as a front desk manager or guest relations manager. The content includes, but is not limited to, hospitality organization and function, performance of general hotel duties, front office management, use of a property management system, and effective selling techniques. Credits earned can be applied toward the Associate in Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management degree program.

Upon successful completion of the program, the graduate is able to:
