Program: 41000
The Healthcare Administration Advanced Technical Certificate provides an opportunity to increase skill sets related to the economic and business aspects of the healthcare industry. The certificate program includes in-depth study of a complex array of factors impacting today’s healthcare environment: technology, regulations, accreditation, innovation in treatment and delivery, system finance, and insurance reimbursement.
Earning a certificate can also be a first step toward earning a baccalaureate degree in the field. Certificate credits apply toward the Healthcare Administration specialization of the BAS in Supervision and Management degree program.
Admission Criteria
Admission to this program requires an associate degree or baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited school or college, and at least a 2.0 grade point average on a 4.0-point scale.
