PHT 2252C - Orthopedic Disabilities and Rehabilitation 3 hours Lecture, 2 hours Lab, 4 credits Lower-Division College Credit Prerequisite(s): PHT 1128C, PHT 1213C, and PHT 2220C Corequisite(s): PHT 1129C and PHT 2221C AA Elective: No This lecture and laboratory course focuses on orthopedic diseases, syndromes, and injuries, with an emphasis on the conditions most commonly treated with physical therapy. Emphasis is on the etiology, pathology, and clinical presentation of these conditions, as well as the associated physical therapy interventions used with each. Successful completion of this course requires a grade of C or better.
