HFT 2942 - Hospitality Internship

Prerequisite(s): Completion of the program core requirements or permission of the internship supervisor.

This internship is a supervised work experience in an approved training environment within the field of hospitality. It provides an opportunity for the student to develop the appropriate work ethic and practical skills necessary for success in the industry. In addition, this course contains a seminar component in which the student is required to relate his or her work experiences to specific business topics.
