The Food and Beverage Specialist Certificate provides the participant with foundational skills for varied positions in the Hospitality industry, such as restaurant server, room-service attendant, or banquet setup staff member. Credits earned within this program can be applied toward the Associate in Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management degree program.

Upon successful completion of the program, the graduate is able to:
