The Rooms-Division Operations Certificate prepares an individual for employment as a supervisor or manager within a hotel, resort, or cruise line, or for a managerial role in a related hospitality sector. The courses in this certificate cover the skills required to work in operations and entry-level positions such as a front desk or guest relations supervisor. Credits earned can be applied toward the Associate in Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management degree program.

Upon successful completion of the program, the graduate is able to:
