MAN 3240 - Organizational Behavior

This course provides a study of individual and group behavior in organizations. Students develop skills and methods relating to effective organization management. Course content includes the importance of group motivation, group dynamics, conflict resolution, goal setting and rewards; effective job design; and factors related to work stress, power and politics, and organizational change and development in managing a successful organization.
